
50 Years of Poli
CHALLENGE/
Creating a campaign for the 50th anniversary of the Poli brand, a market leader in poultry sausages in Balkan region, that reminds consumers of cherished memories from their childhood or young years.
SOLUTION/
By showcasing nostalgic moments where Poli products have been a part of our lives.
In the teasing phase, we flooded the market with billboards featuring remarkable and memorable situations from each era—each tailored to specific locations.
For example: “Bila sem zraven, ko smo iz Italije švercali kavbojke” (I was there when we smuggled jeans from Italy) is a line that resonates strongly with the southern region of Slovenia, so it was placed exclusively in that area.
This location-based storytelling helped create a deeper emotional connection and amplified the nostalgic effect of the campaign.
We placed the sausage and other Poli products into various eras from the past 50 years. In addition to era-specific styling, color palettes, and cultural trends, we also played with the video formats to reflect each time period authentically.
As a contemporary touch, we included AI-generated vinyl records in the video.
The slogan “Bila sem zraven!” translates to “I was there!”, reinforcing the idea that Poli has always been part of those special everyday moments.
The campaign was launched across the entire Balkan region.
